LOCATION

- Your apartment is at Residencial Marco Zero, located at Avenida Brasil, No. 144, ZIP Code 85.851-000, in a very central area of Foz do Iguaçu.

- We are at the most central point of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions: 7 km from Paraguay, 10 km from Argentina, 17 km from the Falls, and 11 km from Itaipu.

- Near the apartment, you will find everything you need: breakfast options, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacies, currency exchange offices, among others.

PARKING

- The parking lot is at the back of the building. To access it, just go around the block, turning right twice in a row.

- Each apartment is entitled to one parking space, which is not marked; you may park in any available spot.

BUILDING ACCESS

- To access the building, use the tag for both the front door and the back door, which provides access to the parking lot. Attention: the doors remain open for 5 seconds and close automatically afterwards.

- At the main entrance, there are two doors. The internal glass door will only open after the external door is completely closed.

- Along with the tag, you will receive the apartment key and the parking gate remote.

CHECK-IN

- Check-in can be done in person or we will indicate a place to pick up the keys.

- Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in Foz do Iguaçu.

CHECK-OUT

- For check-out, please inform us of the time 20 hours in advance. We can do it in person or indicate a place for you to return the key.

TRASH

- To dispose of trash, take the elevator or stairs down. When exiting through the door that leads to the parking lot, turn right; the trash bins will be located there.
